| Additional Comments |
Plywood is a natural product, thus has natural imperfections and knots. Perforations cut into screens may expose knots and will be visible on finished product. The edges of the core cannot be sealed. Also available in single sided. Designs are progressive and the biscuit between panels allows for a virtually seamless join. The cores provide strength while the perforations mean the panels are light weight and able to be handled easily. |
| Fabrication | Standard wood-working tools except Elements Metal which requires metal fabricating tools. See Baresque Screens Handling, Fabrication and Installation guide for more details. |
| Suggested Installation |
* An expansion gap of 1mm per 1 meter of product should be allowed for when setting out your 2D Perforated Screens. * Mechanical fixing is strongly recommended for all ceiling installations * Most glass fittings can be used. See Baresque 2D Perforated Screen Systems Guide or Screens Handling, Fabrication and Installation Guide for more details. |
