We collaborated with Gabbert Design on the fitout of the Anindilyakwa Land Council (ALC) offices, incorporating custom design elements that reflected the region’s culture and natural surroundings.
Gabbert Design was inspired by our Sticks concept when it was released, and they envisioned adapting it into a distinctive custom fish-shaped wall and ceiling feature that tied in seamlessly with the ALC’s fish logo. The concept was affectionately named "Fish + Sticks" by the builder, highlighting its striking visual impact.
Our in-house customisation allowed us to refine the design further, adding end caps and mounting it on Zintra panels in Tar to create a bold focal point. Building on this success, we introduced additional Zintra features throughout the office, including a Zintra Emboss wall in the boardroom inspired by the ocean and a custom Spotted Gum timber ceiling panel that harmonised with the feature carpet, enhancing both aesthetics and acoustic performance.
